After a Deep Cleaning, this is the ongoing maintenance that keeps your home clean and fresh. Ideal for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits.

General Tasks

  • Dust all furniture, door panels, cushions, shelves, picture frames, blinds, ceiling fans, and baseboards using a duster.

  • Wipe and disinfect all high-touch flat surfaces, mirrors, doorknobs, light switches, and remote controls.

  • Furniture polish is applied when agreed upon at the start of service.

  • Vacuum all upholstered furniture, including under the couch cushions.

  • Vacuum all floors and damp-mop wood and hard floors.

  • Clean glass doors, inside and outside, when present.

  • Light spot-cleaning on walls and high-touch door areas is included as maintenance.

  • Empty trash cans and sanitize receptacles.

Kitchen

  • Clean and disinfect countertops and sink.

  • Wipe down appliance exteriors and cabinet fronts.

  • Clean the inside of the microwave.

Bathroom

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, tubs, showers, toilets, and floors.

  • Remove shower mold and hard water buildup from glass shower surfaces.

Residential cleaning is priced based on home size, layout, clutter, and cleaning frequency. Estimates are provided after a quick walkthrough or description.

Routine Cleaning

A complete, detailed reset of your home, focusing on built-up areas and hard-to-reach surfaces not covered in routine visits. Required before starting ongoing maintenance. Includes all Routine Cleaning tasks, plus these extra steps:

General Tasks

  • Clean all furniture exteriors thoroughly

  • Polish natural wood furniture when applicable

  • Vacuum and disinfect upholstered furniture, mattresses, and all pillows

  • Wipe baseboards, doors, blinds, and ceiling fans with a damp cloth when needed

  • Clean window interiors and accessible tracks

  • Move furniture (when possible) to clean under, and around

  • Detail edges, corners, and other hard-to-reach areas

  • Extended spot-cleaning on walls and doors

  • Clean air vents

Kitchen

  • Pull out refrigerator and stove to clean under, and around

  • Detailed cleaning of kitchen cabinet fronts and backsplash

  • Clean inside kitchen cabinets and drawers when empty

Bathroom

  • Deep bathroom scrubbing: grout, mold, and soap-scum removal

Deep Cleans typically range from $200–$400 depending on home size, layout, and condition.

Deep Cleaning

A detailed top-to-bottom cleaning designed for empty or near-empty homes, preparing the space for move-in or ensuring it is ready to be handed over. Includes all Deep Cleaning tasks, plus the following move-ready steps:

General Tasks

  • Clean inside all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers

  • Clean inside all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)

  • Clean shelves, closets, and storage areas throughout the home

  • Remove dust from empty rooms, corners, and baseboards more thoroughly

  • Wash and wipe doors, door frames, and light switches throughout the home

  • Clean interior windows and all accessible tracks

  • Clean sliding-door tracks thoroughly

  • Dust walls and perform extended spot-cleaning, removing marks when possible.

Most move-in/move-out cleanings range from $180–$350, depending on size and condition.

Move In / Out

A guest-ready service for short-term rentals. Includes all Routine Cleaning tasks, plus these additional turnover steps:

General Tasks

  • Wash and replace all linens; make beds neatly

  • Arrange and fold bathroom towels

  • Organize all closets

  • Clean and organize the inside of all bathroom cabinets, drawers, and shelves

  • Clean and organize the inside of all kitchen drawers and cabinets

  • Arrange décor items neatly and harmoniously

  • Clean the interior of the refrigerator and oven

  • Restock kitchen and bathroom essentials as needed

  • Wash or replace shower curtains and bathroom/kitchen rugs when possible.

Laundry volume varies by property and is included as part of the turnover process unless it becomes excessive (see policy below).

Airbnb Excess Policies

Turnover cleanings include normal post-checkout conditions. Excessive waste, heavy food residues, abnormal bathroom conditions, excessive sand, unusually high laundry volume, or items requiring pre-treatment (stains, makeup, oils, bodily fluids, or bulky bedding) may incur an additional fee of $20–$60, depending on the time required. Photos will be provided when applicable for full transparency.

Airbnb Cleanings

Flexible home organizing tailored to each client’s needs — from simple daily resets to full-home organization. Services range from tidying and arranging small areas to full organizing projects after a move or before relocating. Price: $40 hour

Desinfection of Mattresses, upholstered furniture, pillows, and cushions

Regular use of mattresses, pillows, and upholstered furniture leads to the buildup of dust mites, bacteria, fungi, dead skin cells, and moisture. These microorganisms can trigger allergies, asthma, skin irritation, and unpleasant odors, and they proliferate easily in warm, humid environments.

Disinfection reduces these contaminants, improving air quality, lowering allergen exposure, and extending the life of mattresses and upholstered items. It also creates a healthier environment for sensitive individuals, children, older adults, and homes with pets.

Our process includes deep vacuuming to remove debris and dead skin cells, followed by the application of electrolyzed water (HOCl – hypochlorous acid), a non-toxic, residue-free disinfectant effective against bacteria, fungi, and common allergens. HOCl acts within seconds and is safe for most fabrics and household surfaces.
